Mr. Raykinsteen, the managing attorney of the firm, is a registered Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and is admitted to practice law in State Courts of Michigan.

In addition to over 10 years of automotive engineering experience, his legal experience includes over 8 years of evaluation, procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, as well as IP portfolio management for clients.

His practice consists of preparation and prosecution of patent applications in various technical arts, including the mechanical, software, chemical and electrical-mechanical arts. He further prepares and prosecutes trademark applications, and provides legal opinions on trademark clearance and registration.
